Im Falle einer Stornierung 14 Tage vor Anreise, bekommen Sie diesen Betrag unverz\u00fcglich auf Ihr Konto zur\u00fcck \u00fcberwiesen. Am Tag der Anreise wird der Restbetrag von Ihrer Kreditkarte abgebucht.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Nicht stornierbare Rate:<\/strong><\/u> Der Gesamtbetrag wird am Tag der Reservierung automatisch von Ihrer Kreditkarte abgebucht.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Bei beiden\u00a0Raten:<\/strong><\/u> Am Tag der Anreise wird eine Kaution von 150 Euro auf Ihrer Kreditkarte blockiert.<\/p>\n<p>Sofern das Apartment am Tag der Abreise\u00a0ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df hinterlassen wurde, bekommen Sie diesen Betrag von \u20ac 150 (abz\u00fcglich der Endreinigungsgeb\u00fchr von 5 &#8211; 7 EUR \/ Person) selbstverst\u00e4ndlich zur\u00fcck auf Ihr Konto \u00fcberwiesen.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcltig f\u00fcr refundierbare Raten: Stornierung:\u00a0KOSTENLOS\u00a0bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms of use<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer commits to use the apartment and all included belongings as listed in the inventory list in a careful and diligent manner. The inventory list is available for consideration in the apartment. It is not allowed to arrange alterations, e.g. of technical or constructional or any other kind. The customer is obliged to report any scarcities immediately to the landlord.<\/p>\n<p>Any transmission to third parties, against payment or free of charge, even if only partial is not permitted. The use of the apartment is for living purposes only, agreed to be a secondary residence for the time agreed on. Reasons for this secondary residence may include short-term relocation due to occupation or recreational use. The customer registers that the relinquishment of the apartment takes place in the context of an accommodation business and that the terms of use do not fall under the application area of tenancy law.<\/p>\n<p>Setting up a principal residence or permanent dwelling in the apartment is not permitted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrival and check-in<br \/>\n<\/strong>The apartment will be ready on the day of arrival as stated in the booking confirmation, which is usually 2 p.m.<br \/>\nUpon arrival the guest is obliged to fill in a registration form. For a stay of over 2 months, the guest also has to register at the registration office.<\/p>\n<p>The guest will receive one key, which opens the main entrance and the apartment door. In need of a second pair of keys, a security deposit of 75\u20ac hast o be paid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Check-out<br \/>\n<\/strong>On the day of departure you can check-out any time before 11am, after a short room check the proper restitution of the apartment will be confirmed in the return protocol and the security deposit will be refunded. In case of a departure after 11am, according correspondence with the local staff is necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access to the apartment through staff of SKY9 Apartments<br \/>\n<\/strong>The customer registers, that SKY9 Apartments \/ Majd Taliaa will conduct a cleaning and quality control once a month.
